Acquisition of Al Rowad

In 2015, Tadrees acquired Al Rowad International School, expanding its educational offerings to include both British and American curricula.

Acquisition of Al Olayya

In 2015, Tadrees acquired Olayya Private Schools, adding both British and American curricula to its services.

Establishment of Intilaka

In 2012, Intilaka Schools were launched through greenfield developments, expanding Tadrees’ reach into early childhood education.

Exit of Dar Al Barah & Asrary to Al Khabeer Capital

In 2021, Tadrees finalized the divestment of Dar Al Barah and Asrary, refining its focus on high-performing schools and paving the way for continued strategic growth.
